My experience with Book Market Hub's publishing service was just okay. The basics were handled fine, but I felt like I was just another client in a long queue. There wasn't much personalized attention and I had to follow up multiple times to get status updates. The book did get published and looks acceptable, but for the price I expected a more premium experience.
