The editing team did a fantastic job tightening up my memoir. They restructured a few chapters that I honestly knew weren't working but didn't know how to fix, and the suggestions were thoughtful without stripping away my voice. Communication was smooth throughout and they respected my deadlines. I'm giving four stars only because I had to follow up once or twice for status updates, but the actual work delivered was excellent.

I used their book marketing package after self-publishing and the results genuinely surprised me. They handled social media campaigns, press release distribution, and got me booked on two podcasts within the first month. My Amazon ranking jumped significantly and I saw a real uptick in reviews. I would have given five stars but one of the podcast appearances fell through at the last minute. Overall though, a solid investment for any indie author.

I came to them with a rough draft of a cookbook and they transformed it into something I'm genuinely proud of. The editing was thorough — they caught inconsistencies in measurements, improved the recipe headnotes, and suggested a better chapter organization that flows much more naturally. The food photography layout suggestions were also a nice bonus. My only note is that turnaround time was slightly longer than quoted, but the quality made it worthwhile.
