I purchased the defensive driving course to dismiss a ticket and had nothing but headaches. The website kept logging me out mid-lesson and I lost my progress three times. When I contacted support it took four days to get a response. My court deadline almost passed because of the technical issues. Would not recommend.
The humor in the course felt forced and repetitive after the first hour. The same style of joke recycled over and over got old fast. I also found several outdated traffic law references that did not reflect current Washington state regulations. For the price I expected more attention to detail.

After multiple failed attempts I contacted support and was told to just give her my login credentials, which defeats the entire point. The course content was okay but the platform clearly has not been maintained well. Disappointed.
