Man Flow Yoga

I wanted to like this more than I did. The free YouTube content is honestly better than what's behind the paywall in my opinion. The paid programs didn't offer enough additional depth to justify the cost. Dean is a good instructor but some of the videos felt hastily produced and the audio quality in older content is noticeably poor. I expected more structure and polish for a paid membership site.

Decent yoga content but not without its frustrations. I had trouble canceling my subscription - the cancellation process is buried and not user-friendly at all. I also felt the email marketing was excessive after signing up. On the positive side, the actual workouts helped my posture and Dean is clearly passionate about what he does. It's a middle-of-the-road experience that could be much better with some operational improvements.
