Mixed experience overall. I did eventually get paid but it took almost three weeks and required me to follow up twice. The amount was slightly less than quoted but they at least explained why, which I appreciated. Customer service was slow but eventually helpful. Not terrible but not great. I'd probably look for another option next time just because the wait was stressful.

It worked out in the end but just barely. The quote revision process is frustrating because it always seems to go down, never up. I had to negotiate back and forth via email to get a fair price and it took too much of my time. If you have patience and enjoy negotiating it might work for you. If you want a quick easy process look elsewhere.
