The initial quote sounded great but after they received my phone they came back with a revised offer that was almost 40% lower. They claimed there was damage I hadn't disclosed, but I had taken photos before shipping and the phone was in good condition. Felt like a classic bait and switch. Very disappointed.
I sent in a locked iPhone 12 that was in great shape. Their quote was decent so I went for it. After receiving it, they lowered the offer significantly citing a 'minor screen defect' that simply wasn't there when I shipped it. I accepted just to be done with it, but I suspect the phone got damaged during their inspection process.
The concept is great and I appreciate that they deal with locked devices, but the execution was frustrating. My quoted price dropped after inspection with vague reasons given. When I asked for specifics or photos of the alleged damage, they couldn't provide any. Ended up accepting the lower amount but I felt cheated.
