We integrated Telnyx's SMS API into our SaaS platform about eight months ago and honestly it's been one of the best infrastructure decisions we've made. Delivery rates are consistently above 98%, latency is minimal, and the documentation is genuinely one of the clearest I've worked with as a developer. Support actually knows what they're talking about when you reach out.

Telnyx's Verify API saved us weeks of development time. We needed two-factor authentication for our fintech app and rather than building the whole flow ourselves, we plugged in Telnyx and had it running in a weekend. The conversion rates on OTP delivery are excellent and the pricing is way more transparent than Twilio ever was for us.

The eSIM product from Telnyx is genuinely impressive. We build IoT devices that get deployed globally and switching to Telnyx eSIM meant we no longer have to pre-configure SIM cards per region. Coverage has been solid across North America and Europe, activation is fast, and the management dashboard gives us real visibility into data usage per device.

We use Telnyx for both SMS API and their Text to Speech service for our appointment reminder system. The TTS voices are natural sounding enough that patients don't immediately tune them out, which was a real problem with our old robocall vendor. Delivery for SMS is rock solid. Would give five stars if the TTS voice selection was a bit wider but what's there works great.

Telnyx has completely transformed how we handle outbound calling for our sales team. The programmatic call control API is powerful and flexible, and we built a custom dialer on top of it in a few weeks. Cost per minute is noticeably lower than what we were paying before. The real-time webhooks make it easy to log everything accurately.
