Terrible experience with their training center. I signed up weeks in advance, paid in full, and then received a cancellation email two days before the course with no explanation. Getting a refund was a nightmare and took over three weeks. I won't be coming back.

The course content at the education center was decent but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The classroom was overcrowded, the air conditioning wasn't working properly, and it was hard to concentrate. For the price point they charge, the facilities should be much better maintained.
Mixed feelings about ThinkLouder's training program. The first half of the course was great but the second half felt rushed and shallow. It seemed like the trainer was trying to cram too much content into too little time. I learned some useful things but didn't feel the program was worth the full cost.
I had a frustrating experience trying to communicate with ThinkLouder's administrative team. I had questions about the course schedule before registering and it took five days to get a response. Once I enrolled, there were billing discrepancies that took weeks to sort out. The actual training was fine but the customer service is a serious problem.
I attended a leadership workshop at the training center expecting something tailored to our industry as advertised, but the content was completely generic. It felt like a recycled slide deck with no customization whatsoever. The trainer was reading off slides most of the time and didn't engage with our specific questions. Not what I paid for.
