Unfortunately, my experience with their editing service was disappointing. The editor missed several grammatical errors and some of their suggested changes actually made my writing less clear. For the price I paid, I expected much more thorough work. Had to hire another editor to fix the issues.

The publishing timeline was much longer than promised, and communication was poor throughout the delays. When my book finally arrived, there were formatting issues with the digital version that took weeks to resolve. The customer service team seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive to my concerns.
