The publishing service was mediocre at best. While they did get my book published, the process was much longer than promised and communication was spotty. The end result was acceptable but not impressive for the price paid.

Marketing services were underwhelming. They did create some promotional materials but nothing that generated meaningful results. The campaign felt generic and didn't target my book's specific audience effectively.
