Mixed experience. The tag itself is decent quality but the ring that came with it bent open within the first two weeks and the tag fell off my dog's collar. Luckily we found it in the yard. I had to buy a separate split ring to make it actually secure. The tag is fine but the hardware that comes with it needs improvement.
