Mixed feelings about this one. The gaming service itself was decent and my coach was knowledgeable, but the scheduling system is a mess. I had my session rescheduled twice without much notice and the time zone settings on their platform are confusing. Good core product but the logistics need serious work.

The controllers were sealed in original packaging. Really competitive pricing too, I saved about $30 compared to the big box retailers.
Really solid selection of PC accessories. I grabbed a new gaming mouse and a USB hub and both work perfectly. The mouse in particular is excellent for the price. Knocked off one star because the mouse came without a box, just in bubble wrap, which wasn't mentioned in the listing. But functionally everything is great.

When I contacted support they asked me to ship the wrong item back at my own expense before they'd send the correct one. That's completely unreasonable when the mistake was on their end. Ordered a mechanical keyboard and a gaming mousepad together. Both came well packaged and the mousepad is huge, exactly what I needed for my desk setup. The keyboard has a satisfying click and works flawlessly. Only minor issue is the delivery estimate said three days but it took five. Not a dealbreaker at all.

The game cartridge I ordered was listed as good condition but there were visible scratches on the contacts and the game crashed twice during my first hour of play. I've cleaned it multiple times and it's still finicky. The condition grading on this site needs to be more accurate.
