Very pleased with my order. The tag for my corgi mix turned out adorable — I used a cartoon-style illustration I found online and it reproduced really well on the tag. Shipping was fast and the packaging was professional. Just wish there were more shape options beyond the standard round and bone shapes.

Really disappointed with my experience. The tag I received looked nothing like the preview on the website. The colors were much duller and the image was slightly blurry. I contacted customer service and they said the uploaded image resolution was too low, but the website accepted it without any warning. A better quality check process would help a lot.
Ordered a tag three weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I've emailed customer service twice and only got one generic response telling me to wait longer. My dog has no ID tag right now which is stressful and unsafe. I won't be ordering from this company again. Very frustrating experience.
The design process on the website was confusing and I ended up with a tag that had the text cut off on one edge. When I reached out for help, the customer service rep was polite but told me the error was on my end even though I followed the instructions exactly. The tag itself is decent quality but I paid for something I can't use properly.
Mixed feelings about this one. The tag looks okay in person but the engraving on the back is very shallow and hard to read, which defeats the whole purpose of an ID tag. If someone found my dog and had to squint to read the number, that's not acceptable. The front design is nice but the functionality needs improvement.
