I completed the Life Coaching certification through IAP College and honestly it exceeded my expectations. The coursework was well-structured, the materials were thorough, and I was able to study at my own pace while working full time. I've already started taking on clients and my certificate gave me the credibility boost I needed. Highly recommend for anyone serious about transitioning into coaching.

Took the Event Planning certificate course and was really impressed with how practical the content was. It covered vendor management, budgeting, and logistics in a way that felt real and applicable. Customer support was responsive when I had questions. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that some of the video content felt a little dated, but overall a solid program for the price.

I feel misled by the marketing which implies these credentials carry real professional weight. Save your money and look into accredited programs.

Complete waste of money. The course content for the Business Management certificate was basically a glorified PDF that you could find for free online. There was no instructor interaction, no live sessions, nothing. When I reached out asking for a refund because the material was not what was advertised, I got a generic response saying all sales are final. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I purchased the Social Media Marketing course and was shocked by how outdated everything was. The content was referencing platforms and tools from years ago, and some of the advice was not only irrelevant but potentially harmful to a real marketing strategy. I tried to contact support multiple times over two weeks and got one generic email back. This course should not be sold as a professional credential.

I bought the Personal Trainer certification thinking it would help me start training clients. After completing it and trying to apply at local gyms, I was told repeatedly that IAP College is not a recognized certification body in the fitness industry. NASM, ACE, and ISSA are what employers want. I had no idea this wasn't industry-recognized when I bought it. Very disappointed.
