The website makes it look like you're getting a legitimate professional credential. The certificate looks nice but it holds zero value in the real world. I enrolled in the Mental Health Coach program and when I looked into actually practicing, I found that this kind of certificate means nothing without state licensure and proper accreditation. The course itself was also extremely thin on content. Deeply regret this purchase.

I enrolled in the Project Management course hoping it would help me get a PMP or CAPM down the road. After completing it I found out this course does not count toward PMI contact hours in any meaningful way. The content itself was surface level and wouldn't prepare anyone for the actual PMP exam. I feel the program overpromises and underdelivers significantly.
Tried to get a refund within 48 hours of purchase because I realized the course wasn't what I needed. Was told flat out no refunds under any circumstances. The content I did access for the Life Skills Coaching course was sparse and felt like it was written by someone with no professional background in the subject. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Avoid this place.
The Grief Counseling certificate course had some genuinely touching material but the depth was nowhere near what you'd need to actually work with grieving individuals. There were maybe 8 short modules that took me under 4 hours to complete. For the price I paid I expected something more comprehensive. Also no interaction with instructors or peers which makes learning about a sensitive topic feel very hollow.
I specifically asked customer support before purchasing whether the Wedding Planning certificate was recognized by the American Association of Certified Wedding Planners. They gave me a vague answer that sounded like a yes. It is not. After completing the course I reached out to AACWP and they had no affiliation with IAP College. I feel deceived and the course content was mediocre at best.
The content for the Dog Training certification was decent enough for personal use, but I tried to list it as a professional credential on my resume and groomers and training facilities didn't take it seriously. If you just want to learn more about training your own dog, sure it's fine. But if you're hoping this opens professional doors, it likely won't. I wish the limitations were made clearer upfront.
Signed up for the Yoga Instructor certification. The content was surface level, had no practical component whatsoever, and included no guidance on anatomy or injury prevention which are critical in yoga instruction. Real yoga certification bodies like Yoga Alliance require 200 hours minimum. This course took me a weekend. No legitimate studio will hire based on this. Total scam dressed up as education.
The online platform was clunky and kept logging me out mid-module on my Health and Wellness Coach course. I lost progress multiple times and had to redo assessments. When I reported the issue, support said it was likely my browser even though I tried three different ones. The content itself was okay but not worth the technical headaches and the lack of real accountability for the technical issues was frustrating.
