This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I placed an order for gift wrap supplies three weeks before a major event and the package never arrived. Tracking showed it stuck in a warehouse for 10 days with no updates. Customer service was completely unresponsive to my emails and the phone line just rang endlessly. I had to scramble to find supplies last minute at a local store.

Geotobox has terrible quality control. I purchased a large quantity of packaging supplies for my e-commerce business and at least 20 percent of the items were unusable. The bubble wrap had sections that weren't inflated, the tape rolls were tangled, and several boxes were the wrong size from what I ordered. Returning everything was a nightmare because they wanted me to pay for return shipping on their mistake.
I am furious about my experience with this company. I placed a significant order for holiday gift baskets for my employees and paid for expedited shipping. The baskets arrived four days late, well after our company holiday party. On top of that, two of the baskets had broken cellophane wrapping and one had a food item that was past its expiration date. This is completely unacceptable.
Do not waste your money here. I ordered gift wrapping supplies for my boutique and received completely the wrong items. Instead of the gold foil tissue paper and ribbon I ordered, I got plain brown kraft paper. When I contacted them with photos of the wrong items, they asked me to wait 3 to 5 business days for a review. It has now been three weeks and I still have no resolution and no refund.
This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My order was delayed by two weeks with no explanation. When I finally got someone on the phone they were rude and dismissive. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told none were available and that someone would call me back. That call never came. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back.
Placed an order for packaging supplies over a month ago and still haven't received everything. The first shipment was missing half the items and the second shipment had a box so badly damaged in transit that most of the contents were destroyed. Geotobox's response was to tell me to file a claim with the carrier, as if that's my responsibility when they're the ones who packaged it poorly for shipping.
I am absolutely baffled by how this company stays in business. I ordered custom packaging for my food product line and the boxes arrived without any of the custom printing I had paid extra for. Plain blank boxes. When I called to report the issue, the rep said my file must not have been processed correctly and offered to reprint with a three week lead time. That's three weeks too late for my launch date.
I have been trying to get a refund from Geotobox for two months now. My order arrived with multiple damaged items and I documented everything with photos and sent them within 24 hours as their policy requires. I received an automated confirmation email and then nothing. Every time I follow up I get a canned response saying my case is under review. This is theft at this point and I will be filing a BBB complaint.
