Extremely disappointed with my order from Geotobox. I ordered packaging boxes in bulk for my small business and about a third of them arrived crushed or dented. When I reached out to customer service it took over a week to get any response, and their solution was to offer store credit rather than a refund. I needed those boxes for an upcoming order and this delay cost me a client.

I ordered custom gift baskets for a corporate event and the quality was nowhere near what was shown on the website. The photos displayed lush, full arrangements but what I received looked sparse and cheaply put together. Several of the items listed in the product description were missing entirely. For the price I paid, this was a huge letdown and I had to supplement with additional items from a grocery store.
The website makes it look like you can easily customize your packaging order but in reality the customization process is incredibly confusing and the staff seems poorly trained to help you through it. I had to call three times to get basic questions answered and each rep gave me different information. My final order didn't match what I thought I had approved and getting a resolution was a months long ordeal.
I've ordered from Geotobox twice now hoping the second time would be better than the first. It wasn't. Both times I experienced shipping delays and the packaging quality was mediocre at best. The boxes warp easily when exposed to any humidity, which is a real problem when you're shipping products across the country. I'm switching to a different supplier for good this time.
I ordered custom printed packaging for my small skincare business and the color accuracy was way off. The mockup I approved showed a deep forest green but what arrived was almost a teal color. This completely clashed with my branding. When I submitted a complaint with comparison photos they said the variation was within their acceptable range, which I find hard to believe given how different the colors were.
Ordered a set of gift baskets to send to out of town clients and was embarrassed by what was delivered. The baskets looked nothing like the product photos. The arrangement was sloppy, the cellophane was wrinkled and had a small tear, and the bow was completely flat. For the premium price I paid I expected a premium product. My clients were polite about it but I could tell they were unimpressed.
The gift wrap supplies I ordered arrived in reasonable time but the quality was really disappointing. The metallic wrapping paper was so thin it was nearly translucent and it crinkled when I barely touched it. The tape that came with the set didn't adhere properly to the paper. For a gift wrap store you would think the core products would at least be functional. Very underwhelming experience.

Of the ten baskets I ordered, three arrived with broken items inside, one arrived completely open with the shrink wrap missing, and another had a card inside that was clearly meant for a different customer. The overall experience felt chaotic and unprofessional. I will not be using them again for client gifting.
