John Hall's Alaska

Complete disaster from start to finish. Our departure time changed three times with less than 24 hours notice each time. We missed the cultural performance we had specifically booked this tour for, and the company offered a voucher for a future trip as compensation — as if we're going to fly back to Alaska. Customer service was dismissive when I called to complain. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Spent over $3,000 for a tour that was cut from five days to three with about a week's notice due to what they vaguely called 'logistical issues.' The partial refund they offered didn't come close to covering the cost of changing our flights. The two days we did go were fine, but fine is not what I paid for. I've filed a complaint and am still waiting to hear back almost two months later. Deeply frustrated with how this was handled.
