The handyman Networx sent was more than an hour late and didn't call to let me know. When he finally arrived, he seemed unsure about the tile work I needed done. He left without finishing and said he'd come back the next day — he never did. I had to find someone else entirely.

I requested someone to fix a leaking pipe under my sink. The handyman who showed up said he could handle it, tightened a few things, collected payment, and left. The pipe was leaking again within 24 hours. When I called Networx to get someone back out, it took them four days to respond. Disappointing.
The handyman seemed knowledgeable at first but the shelving he installed wasn't level and one bracket came out of the wall within a week. When I contacted Networx they said they couldn't guarantee contractor work and directed me back to the handyman who stopped responding to my messages.
I used Networx to find someone to install a new bathroom vanity. The handyman they sent had no idea how to properly connect the plumbing and I ended up with a slow leak inside the cabinet. I only discovered it a week later when the cabinet floor started warping. Real damage was done to my home.
