I hired Publishing Press USA for book writing assistance and it was a complete disappointment. The ghostwriter assigned to me had no understanding of my genre and delivered chapters that felt generic and lifeless. When I asked for revisions, it took weeks to get a response and the changes were minimal. I ended up rewriting most of it myself. Save your money.
The book cover design they delivered looked like something made with a free online tool in about twenty minutes. I sent them detailed notes about my vision and they completely ignored everything. The fonts were mismatched, the image quality was low, and it looked nothing like a professional publication. After three rounds of revisions it still wasn't acceptable.
The audiobook production was subpar at best. The narrator they chose had a monotone delivery and there were audible errors throughout, including background noise and a few mispronounced words that I flagged repeatedly. They fixed some issues but the final product still doesn't meet professional standards. I'm embarrassed to share it with my audience.
