I've sold devices to other buyback programs before and this was by far the worst experience. The quoted amount dropped by 55% after they received my laptop. The reason they gave was vague, something about cosmetic wear. The laptop was in good condition. Payment was slow and customer service was nearly impossible to reach. I'll stick with Gazelle or similar services going forward.
