The concept is great and I appreciate that they deal with locked devices, but the execution was frustrating. My quoted price dropped after inspection with vague reasons given. When I asked for specifics or photos of the alleged damage, they couldn't provide any. Ended up accepting the lower amount but I felt cheated.
Sent in my locked phone expecting the quoted amount. They revised the offer down by half and when I declined and asked for my phone back, I was told it could take up to 30 days for the return. Thirty days! For something you already have in your possession? This is completely unacceptable and I will never use this service again.
Mixed experience. They did ultimately pay me but the process took much longer than advertised and required me to follow up multiple times. The final payment was also slightly less than quoted with no explanation offered. It's not a scam — I did get paid — but the lack of communication and delays make it hard to recommend.
