I've been a Wild Alaskan Company subscriber for about eight months now and I genuinely cannot imagine going back to grocery store fish. The sockeye salmon I received last month was absolutely stunning — deep red color, fresh ocean smell, and it cooked up beautifully with just a little olive oil and lemon. The vacuum sealing is excellent and everything arrives solidly frozen. Customer service actually answered my question about portion sizes within the hour. This is the real deal.

As someone who grew up in coastal Maine and moved landlocked to Texas, finding quality wild seafood has been a constant struggle. Wild Alaskan Company has been a revelation. The halibut cheeks they carry are almost impossible to find anywhere else, and the quality is outstanding — firm, sweet, and clearly handled with care from boat to box. The packaging is thoughtful and eco-friendly too. Five stars without hesitation.

Overall very happy with my Wild Alaskan subscription. The fish quality is noticeably better than anything I can find locally, and I appreciate the transparency about sourcing and fishermen. My only small gripe is that I wish there were more variety options in the customization. I keep getting more salmon than I want and not enough cod or pollock. But when the fish is this fresh and flavorful, it's hard to complain too loudly. Would recommend to anyone serious about eating well.

The king salmon arrived perfectly frozen, portioned cleanly, and tasted incredible on the grill. My guests kept asking where I sourced the fish. The wholesale pricing was competitive and the communication from their team was professional and prompt. Will absolutely be ordering again for future events.

Really pleased with my first few boxes from Wild Alaskan. The black cod was melt-in-your-mouth tender and the packaging kept everything frozen solid despite a warm week here in Georgia. I do wish the recipe cards included more Southern-style preparations, but that's just personal preference. The quality speaks for itself and I feel good knowing the fish is sustainably caught. Solid company, solid product.

My box arrived two days late and when I opened it, two of the salmon fillets had clearly partially thawed and refrozen. The texture was mushy and there was a lot of excess liquid in the vacuum bags. I contacted customer service and it took four days to get a response, which felt way too long for a perishable product issue. They did eventually offer a partial credit but the whole experience left me pretty disappointed. I expected better for the price point.

Absolutely terrible experience with my wholesale order. I placed a large order for a restaurant pop-up event and was promised delivery within a specific window. The shipment showed up a full day late, completely ruining my event timeline. When I called to complain, the rep was dismissive and kept reading from what sounded like a script. The fish itself was fine quality but none of that matters when your business depends on reliable delivery. I will not be using them for wholesale again.

I subscribed for three months and had persistent issues with portion inconsistency. Some fillets were thick and generous, others were paper thin and looked like scraps. For what they charge per box, I expect uniform quality every time. Also had one month where a bag wasn't properly sealed and the fish smelled off when I opened it. Customer service gave me a credit but the hassle of dealing with it each month got old fast. Cancelled my subscription.
