I went in for what I thought would be a simple checkup and walked out more confused than when I arrived. The doctor barely looked at me for more than five minutes and seemed distracted the entire time. When I asked follow-up questions, he gave vague answers and seemed annoyed. My test results were uploaded to the portal with zero explanation and when I called to ask about them, I was told someone would call me back. That was two weeks ago. Still waiting.

I had high hopes for Amaze Health based on the reviews I read online but my experience was disappointing. Getting an initial appointment took over three weeks and when I finally got in, the waiting room was overcrowded and I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled time. The doctor was fine but clearly overbooked. I left feeling like just another number. Will probably look elsewhere for my regular care.
My experience with the mental health services here was mixed at best. The therapist I saw was knowledgeable but sessions always felt rushed and she frequently had to end early due to scheduling issues on their end. I was also charged for a missed session that I had canceled more than 48 hours in advance per their policy. Getting the charge reversed took weeks of back-and-forth. The care itself was decent but the administrative side is a mess.
My teenage daughter was referred to Amaze Health's mental health services and the experience was stressful from the start. The intake paperwork was extensive and confusing and when I called to ask questions the staff seemed undertrained and gave me conflicting information about what our insurance would cover. We ended up with an unexpected out-of-pocket charge that we were never warned about. The therapist herself was fine but the overall experience made an already difficult situation harder.
The front desk staff at this location are consistently rude and unhelpful. I've been there four times now and every single time I've had a negative interaction at check-in. One time I was spoken to so curtly that I actually teared up in the lobby. The medical staff inside are a different story and are generally fine, but getting past the front desk feels like a confrontation every time. Management clearly needs to address this.
