I've been coming to Amaze Health for about eight months now and I genuinely cannot say enough good things. My primary care physician, Dr. Nguyen, takes her time during every appointment and actually listens to my concerns rather than rushing me out the door. The front desk staff remembered my name by my third visit. Scheduling is easy through their portal and I usually get a same-week appointment. This is what healthcare should feel like.

Started seeing a therapist at Amaze Health after struggling with anxiety for years. The intake process was thorough and my therapist, Dr. Kaminsky, has been absolutely fantastic. She uses evidence-based approaches and I've noticed real improvement in just a few months. The office is calm and private, which matters a lot when you're dealing with mental health stuff. Billing has also been straightforward, which is rare in healthcare.

Overall a positive experience with the medical group here. I was seen for a chronic knee issue and the doctor ordered the right imaging and followed up quickly with results. The only minor hiccup was a 20-minute wait past my appointment time, but the nurse apologized and the doctor more than made up for it with her attentiveness. Would recommend to friends and family looking for a reliable medical group.

I went in for what I thought would be a simple checkup and walked out more confused than when I arrived. The doctor barely looked at me for more than five minutes and seemed distracted the entire time. When I asked follow-up questions, he gave vague answers and seemed annoyed. My test results were uploaded to the portal with zero explanation and when I called to ask about them, I was told someone would call me back. That was two weeks ago. Still waiting.

Absolutely terrible experience with their mental health services. I was assigned a counselor and after our second session she abruptly left the practice with no warning or transition plan. No one from Amaze Health contacted me. I found out when I showed up for my appointment and was told she no longer worked there. It took me three weeks and multiple phone calls to get reassigned to someone new. For people dealing with mental health issues, this kind of disruption is genuinely harmful.

Billing is an absolute nightmare. I was quoted one price during my visit and received a bill that was nearly three times higher. When I called to dispute it, I was transferred four different times and eventually disconnected. This happened twice. I finally submitted a written complaint and heard nothing for over a month. The actual medical care was fine but I would avoid this place purely because of how dysfunctional their billing department is.

I had high hopes for Amaze Health based on the reviews I read online but my experience was disappointing. Getting an initial appointment took over three weeks and when I finally got in, the waiting room was overcrowded and I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled time. The doctor was fine but clearly overbooked. I left feeling like just another number. Will probably look elsewhere for my regular care.

I have never in my life dealt with such a disorganized clinic. I had a referral sent over from my previous doctor and Amaze Health lost it. I had to call my old provider to resend it three separate times. Meanwhile my appointment kept getting pushed back. When I finally got in, the intake nurse had none of my medical history even though I had uploaded everything through their portal. I left without being seen because they said they couldn't treat me without the records. A complete waste of my time.
