Mixed experience overall. The price was good and my medication did eventually arrive, but it took 22 days which is way longer than the 10-14 days they advertise. The packaging was fine but there was no insert or dosage information included with the pills. For the price I expected better communication.
The medication I received was legitimate and the price was lower than my US pharmacy but the whole process felt disorganized. They asked me to resend my prescription twice saying the first two uploads were unclear. Their website upload tool is really outdated. For people with straightforward needs it might be fine but I had a bumpy ride.
The prices are genuinely competitive and I understand the appeal. But the customer service infrastructure is just not there to support the volume of customers they seem to have. I waited four days for a response to a simple question about my order status. For people who depend on timely medication delivery this is a real problem.
