Bought what was listed as an authentic signed jersey and when I took it to a local authentication service they said the signature was likely a facsimile. When I contacted CopyTrophy they basically accused me of trying to scam them. No refund, no resolution, and they blocked me from emailing. Total fraud operation.
Ordered batting gloves and a helmet for my grandson. The helmet arrived but the gloves never came. I contacted support four times over six weeks. Each time someone told me it was on the way. Eventually I just disputed the charge with my credit card company. Do not waste your time or money here.
