The trophy itself looked okay but the engraving had two typos in it — including the player's name spelled wrong. I caught it immediately and contacted them for a correction. They did send a replacement but the whole ordeal took an extra two weeks and cost me stress I didn't need heading into the tournament weekend.

The vintage pennant I ordered was described as being in excellent condition. What arrived had a faded corner and a small tear along one edge. It wasn't unusable but definitely not what the listing said. I felt misled by the description. The item was priced as if it were flawless.
The website experience is frustrating. Photos are low quality so you can't really tell what you're buying until it arrives. Half the items I added to my cart disappeared by the time I checked out. I did eventually get my order but the whole process made me feel like I was taking a gamble every step of the way.
