Pricing is competitive and the website is easy to navigate but the estimated delivery dates are wildly inaccurate. My order was shown as arriving in 7 business days and ended up taking 14. For time-sensitive promotional campaigns that kind of gap can ruin your planning.
I ordered drives preloaded with files for a client presentation. Half of them had the wrong files on them and the other half had both the right and wrong files mixed together. This caused serious embarrassment at a major client meeting. I will never trust Flashbay with anything important again.
The return and refund process is a nightmare. We had a legitimate defect issue with part of our order and they required so much documentation that by the time we submitted everything the refund window had expired. The product is average at best and the support is worse.
Ordered some USB drives for a small hobby fair and the quality was just okay. The drives worked but the custom print started to peel after a few weeks. For items that are supposed to represent your brand that is not a great look. Expected more durability for the price.

The website quote tool gave me one price and then when I went to checkout the total was significantly higher with fees that were never mentioned upfront. I contacted support and they just pointed me to their terms page. Very deceptive pricing practice that cost me extra I had not budgeted for.
Decent product overall but the minimum order quantities are very high for small businesses. I only needed about 50 drives but was forced to order 100. The extras went to waste and it made the cost per unit much harder to justify for a small operation like mine.
