I scheduled a home inspection two weeks in advance and the inspector no-showed on the day of the appointment. No call, no email, nothing. When I reached out to the company, they said they had a scheduling error and could rebook me for the following week. That cost me a full day off work and nearly caused me to miss my purchase deadline. Completely unacceptable.

The idea behind Home. Centralized. is genuinely useful, especially the electric utility monitoring. But the platform needs a lot of polish. The notification settings are confusing, I get alerts I didn't sign up for and miss ones I actually want. The UI feels like it was designed by engineers who don't use it themselves. Potential is there but it's not quite ready.
The home inspector we were assigned through this service missed a significant foundation crack that a second independent inspector caught immediately. That repair ended up costing us nearly $8,000. I reached out to Home. Centralized. about compensation or at least an acknowledgment of the oversight and was told to review the liability limitations in the service agreement. Absolutely unacceptable.
I've been locked out of my account for two weeks because the password reset emails never arrive. I've checked spam, contacted support, tried multiple browsers, and nothing works. I have important home documents stored in there that I need access to. The support team keeps saying they've escalated it but nothing has changed. This is really stressful and unacceptable.
