Really solid experience overall. They installed a new gas range and hooked up the gas line without any issues. Scheduling took a couple of days, which was a minor inconvenience, but the actual work was done quickly and correctly. The technician tested everything before leaving and walked me through the shutoff valve location. Would use them again.

Used Plumb Professionals to replace my old water heater with a tankless gas unit. The crew was knowledgeable and worked efficiently. They ran new gas lines and handled all the venting correctly. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that they left a bit of a mess in the utility room, but the work itself was top notch. Happy with the result.
