My experience with Trinity was genuinely mixed. The editing team did solid work on my children's book manuscript and I appreciated their attention to age-appropriate language. However, the cover design process was frustrating — they delivered something that looked like a stock template, and when I requested revisions I was told I had used my allowed changes. The final cover does not represent my book well. Good editing, disappointing design, mediocre support. Average overall.

The author support team seemed knowledgeable in our first call but after I paid the package fee, the quality dropped sharply. My support rep gave me incorrect information about distribution timelines twice, which caused my book launch to be delayed by almost a month. I had already sent out invitations to a launch event. The rep apologized but offered no compensation or concrete solution. For the price they charge, the level of expertise should be much higher.
I want to warn other writers before they make the same mistake I did. Trinity's sales team was charming and made big promises about best-seller campaigns and media outreach. None of it materialized. The marketing package I paid nearly six thousand dollars for included a press release that contained factual errors about my own book — my name was misspelled and the genre was listed incorrectly. When I complained, I was offered a corrected version but the original had already been distributed. I am humiliated and out of pocket.
Trinity did publish my novel and it is available on Amazon and a few other platforms, so I can't say they didn't deliver anything. But the process took nearly twice as long as promised and the interior formatting had errors in the final print version that I pointed out during review and were supposedly fixed. The royalty reporting dashboard they provide is confusing and seems to undercount sales compared to what I can see on KDP directly. They're not the worst but there are probably better options out there.
