Radical Tea Towel

The towel I received looked nothing like the photo on the website. The colors were washed out and the print was noticeably off-center. I paid good money for what I thought was a quality item and instead got something that looked like a reject from a bargain bin. When I contacted support about a return they told me return shipping from the US was my responsibility, which would cost more than the towel itself. Terrible experience.

My package arrived completely crushed. The towel inside was wrinkled beyond repair and the cardboard insert was destroyed. It's clear the packaging is not designed to survive international shipping. I needed this for a gift and had to scramble to find something else last minute. The company offered me a 10% discount on my next order as compensation, which feels like a joke.

Ordered in plenty of time for a holiday gift based on the estimated delivery window shown at checkout. The order arrived two weeks late, long after I needed it. Customer service was slow to respond and when they did they just apologized without offering any real solution. I had to buy a replacement gift locally. Very frustrating experience.

Received the wrong item entirely. I ordered a specific design and got something completely different. When I reached out with a photo they acknowledged the error but asked me to ship the wrong item back at my expense before they'd send the correct one. That is completely unreasonable for a company mistake. I ended up just keeping the wrong towel and eating the loss.

Placed an order and never received any shipping confirmation or tracking information. After two weeks of silence I emailed and was told my order had been lost in transit. They offered to resend but couldn't guarantee a delivery date. At that point I had already lost confidence in their process and asked for a full refund. The refund did come through eventually but this was a stressful and time-consuming experience.

The website is misleading about customs and import fees for US orders. I was hit with an unexpected duty charge upon delivery that nearly doubled the cost of my order. Nothing on the checkout page warned me this was possible. When I complained the company said they have no control over customs, which is technically true but doesn't excuse the lack of any warning or disclaimer. I feel like I was ambushed.
