Decent product but the shipping situation is a mess. I ordered two towels and only one arrived. The invoice showed both items were supposedly sent together. Getting a resolution has been a back-and-forth nightmare. The towel I did receive is fine quality but I'm still waiting on the second one after nearly a month. Not worth the hassle for US customers.
The tea towels themselves are cute and the designs are creative. My issue is purely with the international shipping cost and time. I paid nearly as much for shipping as I did for the product, and it still took two and a half weeks. For a small gift item this feels excessive. If they ever partnered with a US distributor I'd order regularly.
The product looks nice and the design is clever, but I have real concerns about the sizing. The towel is noticeably smaller than what the website dimensions suggested to me. Maybe I misread something but it felt like a hand towel rather than a proper kitchen tea towel. Fine as a decorative piece but not functional the way I intended to use it.

The other had a fold crease baked into it from the packaging that I can't seem to get out even after washing and ironing. Hit or miss quality control is not what you want when paying premium prices plus international shipping. Mediocre experience overall.
