Overall a solid experience with Safe Streets. The sales rep was knowledgeable and didn't push unnecessary add-ons, which I appreciated. Installation went smoothly and the technician cleaned up after himself, which is more than I can say for some contractors I've dealt with. The control panel is easy to use and the monitoring service has already caught one attempted break-in at my back gate and alerted me immediately. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is that the scheduling took a bit longer than expected — about 10 days to get an appointment. But once they were here, everything was great.

Had a great experience getting an outdoor camera system set up by Safe Streets. The cameras cover all angles of my property and the night vision is seriously impressive. I can see license plates on cars parked across the street. The technician was professional and took the time to show me the best placement for coverage. The mobile app works well, though it occasionally takes a few seconds to load the live feed which can be a little annoying. Still, the product quality is high and I feel much more confident about the security of my home.

Safe Streets installed a security system for my elderly mother's home and it's given the whole family a lot of peace of mind. The medical alert add-on was something the sales rep mentioned and I'm so glad we got it. The system is simple enough for my mom to use and the large-button keypad is a nice touch. The technician was patient with her and made sure she felt comfortable before he left. I knocked off one star because the monthly monitoring fee is a bit higher than some competitors, but the service quality justifies it.
