I've been dealing with billing errors for three straight months. Every time I call, I get transferred around and nobody seems to know what's going on with my account. I was overcharged by nearly $80 in February and still haven't received a refund. Very frustrating experience.

The online portal keeps logging me out randomly and I've lost track of how many times I've had to reset my password. I've reported this to their tech support twice and nothing has been fixed. For a company that promotes itself as tech-forward, this is really disappointing.
Their customer service is practically unreachable. I've tried calling, emailing, and using the chat feature. Average hold time on the phone is over 45 minutes. I had a simple question about my autopay setup and it took me a week to get a straight answer. Really poor support infrastructure.
The smart meter they installed has been giving wildly inconsistent readings. My bill jumped from $120 to $310 with no change in my habits or appliances. When I requested an inspection, I was told the wait time is six to eight weeks. That's just not reasonable for something this important.
After a storm, our neighborhood had an outage for almost four days. I understand outages happen but the communication from TopRiding was nearly nonexistent. Their outage map wasn't updated and we got conflicting restoration estimates every time we called. Other utilities in the area had their customers back up in 24 hours.
I requested a senior discount that TopRiding advertises on their website. The rep I spoke to had never heard of it and after being put on hold for 20 minutes I was told it wasn't available in my area even though their site doesn't mention any geographic restrictions. Feels like false advertising to me.
