Pretty solid electric utility service. The rates are competitive and I appreciate the detailed monthly breakdowns they send. Had one minor issue with an outage notification delay but it was resolved quickly. Would definitely suggest TopRiding to my neighbors.
Been with TopRiding for about a year now. Setup was smooth and the digital meters they installed are accurate and easy to read remotely. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that hold times on the phone can get a bit long during peak hours. Otherwise a great experience.
TopRiding handles my commercial property's electric service and I've been quite pleased. Their billing is accurate, the response time for service calls is good, and the account manager assigned to my account actually knows my situation. A few minor glitches in the portal but nothing major.
