We signed up for a three month subscription and honestly feel like we wasted our money. The tutor assigned to my son seemed disinterested and would frequently end sessions five minutes early. When I raised the issue with customer support I was told someone would follow up within 48 hours and I never heard back. My son's grades haven't improved at all.

Terrible customer service experience. We were charged for a full month even after I submitted a cancellation request two weeks prior. I've sent three emails and called their support line twice and keep getting different answers. Nobody seems to know how to process a refund. The actual tutoring sessions were mediocre at best but the billing nightmare is what really pushed me to leave this review.
I enrolled my daughter hoping for significant improvement in her algebra skills. The first few sessions went okay but then we got a different tutor without any notice and the teaching style was completely different. The new tutor rushed through problems and didn't check for understanding. When I asked to go back to the original tutor I was told that wasn't possible. Very frustrating.
The concept sounds great on paper but the execution was disappointing for us. My son found the worksheets repetitive and complained the tutor just read off answers without explaining the reasoning. After two months I saw no measurable improvement on his school assessments. The platform also crashed during two out of eight sessions which disrupted the flow of learning.
I cannot believe how difficult it is to cancel this subscription. I've been trying for six weeks. Every time I call I'm put on hold for 20 or 30 minutes and then transferred to someone who says they'll escalate my case. Meanwhile my credit card keeps getting charged. My daughter stopped using the service after the second session because the tutor was condescending and made her feel stupid.
Mixed experience overall. The curriculum itself is solid and my son did enjoy some of the puzzle activities. However the tutor was frequently late to sessions and once didn't show up at all. There was no proactive communication from Cuemath about the missed session. The content quality gets a 4 from me but the reliability and service quality drags the overall score down significantly.
Do not sign up without reading the fine print on the refund policy. We joined for one month to try it out and after the very first session realized it was not a good fit for our child who needs a slower pace. They refused to issue any refund whatsoever. The tutor also seemed to be reading from a script rather than actually engaging with my daughter. Total waste of money.
There's potential here but the quality is inconsistent. Some sessions are great and my son comes out energized. Other times the tutor seems distracted or underprepared. I've noticed the quality varies a lot depending on which tutor we get. Cuemath should do a better job ensuring consistency across all their instructors. As it stands it feels like a gamble each week.
