The onboarding process took forever. It was almost three weeks from the time I signed up to when my daughter actually had her first class. By that point I had already lost some confidence in the program. The tutor was fine but not exceptional and the materials felt a bit outdated compared to what my daughter's school is currently covering. Wouldn't recommend to friends.

Signed up in September and by October I was already regretting it. The tutor assigned to my son missed two sessions in the first month and offered no explanation. When I contacted support they apologized and promised a makeup session that was also eventually cancelled. My son's confidence in math has actually gone down because he feels like he's not worth showing up for. Really disappointing.
I gave this two stars because the app interface is nicely designed and my daughter did enjoy the puzzle activities initially. But the tutoring quality was below average. The instructor frequently mispronounced terms and when my daughter asked a question outside the prepared material the tutor simply moved on without addressing it. For the price they charge I expected much more.
Cuemath started off strong but after the first month things went downhill. The tutor changed twice within six weeks and each transition meant starting over with a new teaching style. My son got frustrated having to re-establish rapport repeatedly. The worksheets are genuinely good but the human side of the service needs a lot of improvement. I may try again in the future if they fix the consistency issues.
