Terrible editing service. They completely missed obvious grammatical errors and actually introduced new mistakes into my manuscript. When I pointed this out, they were defensive and unwilling to fix their errors without additional charges. Wasted $800 and had to hire another editor to clean up their mess.
Nightmare experience with their publishing platform. Multiple technical glitches caused delays and my book cover was completely distorted in the final print. When I requested reprints, they charged me additional fees claiming it was my fault. Their quality control is non-existent.
