Extremely disappointed with the publishing process. My book has been stuck in review for over 6 weeks with no clear timeline. Every time I contact support, I get a different representative who seems unfamiliar with my case. The lack of communication is unprofessional for a company of this size.

The marketing services were a complete waste of money. They promised targeted campaigns but I saw zero increase in sales or visibility. Their marketing specialist rarely responded to emails and the monthly reports were vague and unhelpful. Save your money and do your own marketing.

Poor communication throughout the entire editing process. Deadlines were missed without notification and the editor assigned to my project changed three times. Each new editor wanted to start over, causing significant delays. Very unprofessional operation.

Author support was unhelpful and seemed to lack basic knowledge about their own services. I was given incorrect information about distribution channels which cost me potential sales. When I complained, they just passed me around to different departments.

Marketing services were ineffective and outdated. They focused heavily on traditional methods that don't work for my target audience. No social media strategy, no influencer outreach, just basic press releases that went nowhere. Very disappointed with the ROI.
