Mixed experience with their author support. While some representatives were helpful, others seemed rushed and provided conflicting information about royalty payments. The online portal is confusing and outdated. They need better training for their support staff.

Publishing process took much longer than advertised. What was supposed to be 2-3 weeks turned into 2 months. The final product quality was acceptable but not exceptional considering the delays. Their project management needs serious improvement.
