LGA Airport Parking

My experience was mixed. The parking lot itself was okay and the shuttle got me to the airport on time, but picking up my car was a different story. I waited close to 30 minutes for a shuttle after landing and when I finally got to the lot I had to wait again while they located my car. The staff was polite enough but the organization needs serious work. I might give them another chance but not without some reservations.

Used the travel agency to book a cruise out of Miami and the booking process was fine, but the agent gave me incorrect information about the embarkation time. We showed up at the wrong time and nearly missed the ship. When I brought this up afterward the agency said it was the cruise line's fault for changing the time, but I received no update from anyone. A little more attention to detail would go a long way.
