I've been using LGA Airport Parking for about two years now and I'm consistently impressed. Dropped my car off at 4:30 AM for an early flight and the staff was wide awake and professional. The shuttle came within 8 minutes and got me to the terminal with plenty of time. When I came back, my car was exactly where I left it and spotless. Highly recommend to anyone flying out of LaGuardia regularly.
Used their travel agency service to book a last-minute trip to Miami and I couldn't be happier. The agent, I believe her name was Tanya, found me a deal I never would've found on my own. She bundled the hotel and flight and saved me close to $300. Then I parked my car here before the flight and the whole experience was seamless. Will absolutely be back.
Solid parking experience overall. The lot is well-lit and felt secure even when I returned late at night. Shuttle service was prompt both going to the airport and coming back. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the entrance to the lot is a little confusing if you're driving there for the first time. Once you figure out the layout it's fine though. Price was very fair for the area.
Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I was traveling with my two kids and a mountain of luggage and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. One of the guys even helped load our bags onto the shuttle without being asked. The lot was clean, organized, and my minivan was safe the whole week we were gone. This is the only place I'll park when flying out of LGA.
