Overall pretty satisfied with Blu Technology. The reverse osmosis system they installed works great and we've noticed a big improvement in both taste and clarity. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is that scheduling took a bit longer than I expected, about two weeks out before they could come. But the actual service and product quality were excellent.

We had Blu Technology install a countertop water purification unit in our kitchen. The product itself is fantastic and our water quality has improved dramatically. The sales rep was informative and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. A minor hiccup with one of the fittings on install day was resolved quickly. Would recommend them to friends and family.
