The medal ribbons I ordered for a kids' track event were the wrong color. I ordered red, white, and blue and received all gold. When I brought this up they said it was a fulfillment center error and offered a 10% discount on a future order. I don't want a discount — I want the right product.

I spent over $300 on what was supposed to be a framed autographed photo of a famous NBA player. The frame arrived cracked, the photo was slightly water-damaged on one corner, and the COA looked like it was printed on regular paper. I've filed a complaint with my state's consumer protection office.
The website experience is frustrating. Photos are low quality so you can't really tell what you're buying until it arrives. Half the items I added to my cart disappeared by the time I checked out. I did eventually get my order but the whole process made me feel like I was taking a gamble every step of the way.
I ordered custom trophies with our team logo and paid extra for logo printing. When they arrived the logos were blurry and one was off-center. I sent clear high-resolution files. The rep I spoke to said it might have been a file compatibility issue — but nobody reached out before printing to flag the problem. Very unprofessional.
Ordered a signed football helmet listed as authenticated. Paid a premium price. Received an item with no COA, no packaging slip, and a signature that looks like it was done with a marker on a humid day. The ink was smeared. I've requested a return three times and been ignored. This is not a legitimate business.
