I ordered custom gift baskets for a corporate event and the quality was nowhere near what was shown on the website. The photos displayed lush, full arrangements but what I received looked sparse and cheaply put together. Several of the items listed in the product description were missing entirely. For the price I paid, this was a huge letdown and I had to supplement with additional items from a grocery store.

Geotobox has terrible quality control. I purchased a large quantity of packaging supplies for my e-commerce business and at least 20 percent of the items were unusable. The bubble wrap had sections that weren't inflated, the tape rolls were tangled, and several boxes were the wrong size from what I ordered. Returning everything was a nightmare because they wanted me to pay for return shipping on their mistake.

Mixed experience with Geotobox. The actual product quality was decent but the shipping was painfully slow. I ordered standard packaging boxes and was quoted 5 to 7 business days. It ended up taking 14 business days. No communication about the delay until I reached out myself. If they could sort out their logistics this would be a solid company to use, but right now it's too unreliable for time sensitive orders.

I am furious about my experience with this company. I placed a significant order for holiday gift baskets for my employees and paid for expedited shipping. The baskets arrived four days late, well after our company holiday party. On top of that, two of the baskets had broken cellophane wrapping and one had a food item that was past its expiration date. This is completely unacceptable.

The website makes it look like you can easily customize your packaging order but in reality the customization process is incredibly confusing and the staff seems poorly trained to help you through it. I had to call three times to get basic questions answered and each rep gave me different information. My final order didn't match what I thought I had approved and getting a resolution was a months long ordeal.

Do not waste your money here. I ordered gift wrapping supplies for my boutique and received completely the wrong items. Instead of the gold foil tissue paper and ribbon I ordered, I got plain brown kraft paper. When I contacted them with photos of the wrong items, they asked me to wait 3 to 5 business days for a review. It has now been three weeks and I still have no resolution and no refund.

I've ordered from Geotobox twice now hoping the second time would be better than the first. It wasn't. Both times I experienced shipping delays and the packaging quality was mediocre at best. The boxes warp easily when exposed to any humidity, which is a real problem when you're shipping products across the country. I'm switching to a different supplier for good this time.

The products from Geotobox are okay but nothing special. I ordered gift wrap and decorative boxes for a baby shower I was hosting and while the items did arrive on time, the quality felt pretty cheap. The wrapping paper was thin and tore while I was using it. The ribbon was nice though. For the price point I expected a bit more durability. Probably won't reorder unless they improve the quality.
