This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My order was delayed by two weeks with no explanation. When I finally got someone on the phone they were rude and dismissive. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told none were available and that someone would call me back. That call never came. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back.

I ordered custom printed packaging for my small skincare business and the color accuracy was way off. The mockup I approved showed a deep forest green but what arrived was almost a teal color. This completely clashed with my branding. When I submitted a complaint with comparison photos they said the variation was within their acceptable range, which I find hard to believe given how different the colors were.
Placed an order for packaging supplies over a month ago and still haven't received everything. The first shipment was missing half the items and the second shipment had a box so badly damaged in transit that most of the contents were destroyed. Geotobox's response was to tell me to file a claim with the carrier, as if that's my responsibility when they're the ones who packaged it poorly for shipping.
Geotobox has potential but needs serious work on execution. The variety of products available is great and the prices are competitive, but the ordering experience is clunky and their fulfillment times are unpredictable. I placed an order and it sat in processing for five days before anything shipped. For a business that depends on timely supplies, this kind of inconsistency is frustrating.
Ordered a set of gift baskets to send to out of town clients and was embarrassed by what was delivered. The baskets looked nothing like the product photos. The arrangement was sloppy, the cellophane was wrinkled and had a small tear, and the bow was completely flat. For the premium price I paid I expected a premium product. My clients were polite about it but I could tell they were unimpressed.
I am absolutely baffled by how this company stays in business. I ordered custom packaging for my food product line and the boxes arrived without any of the custom printing I had paid extra for. Plain blank boxes. When I called to report the issue, the rep said my file must not have been processed correctly and offered to reprint with a three week lead time. That's three weeks too late for my launch date.
The gift wrap supplies I ordered arrived in reasonable time but the quality was really disappointing. The metallic wrapping paper was so thin it was nearly translucent and it crinkled when I barely touched it. The tape that came with the set didn't adhere properly to the paper. For a gift wrap store you would think the core products would at least be functional. Very underwhelming experience.
I have been trying to get a refund from Geotobox for two months now. My order arrived with multiple damaged items and I documented everything with photos and sent them within 24 hours as their policy requires. I received an automated confirmation email and then nothing. Every time I follow up I get a canned response saying my case is under review. This is theft at this point and I will be filing a BBB complaint.
