Geotobox

Geotobox is a decent option if you have flexible timelines and aren't too picky about consistency. The prices are good and the product selection is wide, but I've had orders where quality was great and others where the same product seemed noticeably lower grade. It's hard to build a business relationship with a supplier when results are so inconsistent. They need better quality control across the board.

I ordered gift baskets from Geotobox for a client thank you initiative at my company. Of the ten baskets I ordered, three arrived with broken items inside, one arrived completely open with the shrink wrap missing, and another had a card inside that was clearly meant for a different customer. The overall experience felt chaotic and unprofessional. I will not be using them again for client gifting.

Stay far away from this company. I placed a bulk order for packaging supplies totaling over three hundred dollars and the order was completely wrong. They sent me the wrong sizes and wrong quantities. When I requested a return label they said I would need to cover return shipping costs which would have been nearly fifty dollars. This is an absolute scam and I had to go through my bank to resolve it.
