Poor communication throughout the entire editing process. Deadlines were missed without notification and the editor assigned to my project changed three times. Each new editor wanted to start over, causing significant delays. Very unprofessional operation.

Their marketing team overpromised and underdelivered spectacularly. Spent $1,200 on their premium package and saw absolutely no results. They used generic templates and never customized anything for my specific genre. Complete scam in my opinion.

Author support was unhelpful and seemed to lack basic knowledge about their own services. I was given incorrect information about distribution channels which cost me potential sales. When I complained, they just passed me around to different departments.

Publishing process took much longer than advertised. What was supposed to be 2-3 weeks turned into 2 months. The final product quality was acceptable but not exceptional considering the delays. Their project management needs serious improvement.

Worst editing experience ever. The editor clearly didn't read my book carefully and made changes that altered the meaning of entire paragraphs. When I requested revisions, they said I exceeded my revision limit. Completely unprofessional and overpriced.

Marketing services were ineffective and outdated. They focused heavily on traditional methods that don't work for my target audience. No social media strategy, no influencer outreach, just basic press releases that went nowhere. Very disappointed with the ROI.
